Kids Voting is a nonpartisan nonprofit program teaching K-12 students about citizenship, civic involvement, government and the election process through standards-based classroom lessons, community civic activities, interaction with public officials and authentic election experiences. Kids Voting prepares students for a lifetime of active civic engagement and supports K-12 academic achievement.

Kids Voting Cabarrus opened in 2000 and has impacted thousands of Cabarrus County students, teachers and families.
